We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but in the instance you would like to return any of your items, you can do so within 14 days of receipt and receive either a credit on an eGift certificate or a full refund to the original payment method (both options will have the original postage fee deducted). If you purchased the goods using an eGift/gift certificate, this will be the only refund method.
Sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Earrings/cuffs cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons, unless, of course, they are faulty.
We must be notified by email of any items you wish to return in advance of you doing this and the return should be within 14 days of receipt. The products should be in an unused, unmarked condition and in the original packaging. A refund/credit will only be given once the products have been fully inspected. Goods can only be fully refunded or credited on an eGift certificate (unless customers are local and able to come to the premises to make the exchange) and a new order would need to be placed should you wish to replace them with another item. However, this will not be applicable if the returned item is faulty/damaged (see below - FAULTY ITEMS and DAMAGED ITEMS).
All return postage costs are your responsibility, and no pre-paid postage label will be provided. It is recommended that you return items by a recorded delivery service that can be tracked. We will not be held responsible for any products that do not reach us. Once we are in receipt of the goods, please allow 2-3 working days for your refund/credit to be processed.
FAULTY ITEMS
All of our products are checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event a faulty item is received, please notify us by emailing info@millyandme.co.uk within two days of receipt, providing photos of the item clearly showing the fault. We can then arrange for a full refund/credit of the product or a replacement to be sent once we have received the faulty item back (if this is requested). Return postal fees will be refunded upon receipt of proof of postage showing the amount.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event you should receive an item that has been damaged in the post, please notify us by emailing info@millyandme.co.uk within two days of receipt, providing clear photos of the item and its packaging and we can then arrange for a full refund/credit for the product or a replacement to be sent.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Personalised items cannot be returned unless due to an error on our part that has not been approved by you prior to dispatch. All hand-personalised decorations/ornaments are photographed and emailed to you for approval before posting, but with other personalised items such as the teddy bears/cuddlies, please ensure you check the spelling of any names or wording before submitting your order. Unless requested, a proof will not be emailed to you and we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors on your part or for any proofs you have approved.
Refunds, credits or replacements will only be offered if the personalised product is damaged on arrival. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at info@millyandme.co.uk and we will do our utmost to help.
