DELIVERY, POSTAGE & PACKAGING AND ORDER INFORMATION
Let’s face it, we all hate having to pay for postage & packaging and it causes many headaches for sellers, but unfortunately it’s unavoidable and has to be charged one way or another.
We have different options available for mainland UK orders and if you are purchasing from the Personalised Teddies & Cuddlies category, the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service is included in the prices shown, with an option to upgrade to the 24 Hour service should you require a quicker delivery time (a tracking number will only be provided for these if requested). Note: These items are shipped separately, therefore if you wish to order more than one bear/cuddly to be sent to a different address, you will either need to provide the address details at checkout under NOTES FOR SELLER or place a separate order. Additional items cannot be posted with the bears and a separate order will need to be placed.
We want all our beautiful products to be both affordable in themselves and in the cost to deliver them to you and we endeavour to keep these as low as possible. If you're not in a desperate hurry and happy to wait a few days to receive your parcel, then our standard Second Class post is perfect. However, should you need it that little bit sooner, or just simply cannot wait, we do offer additional options, as detailed below. Note: For smaller items weighing up to and including 5oog and able to be sent by Royal Mail Large Letter post, these will automatically be sent by First Class post when the Second Class option is selected.

Should you require a tracked postal service on all other items except the personalised bears and cuddies, please make contact before placing your order for a price, as this is dependent on the package size and weight.
Note: The above delivery times are for guidance only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, especially during the current Covid-19 situation.
Local customers are also welcome to collect orders at a mutually convenient time.
We appreciate you will want to receive your goods as soon as possible and so we endeavour to dispatch your items by the next working day or within 2-3 working days during busy periods, unless stated otherwise.
Personalised items are made to order and may take a little longer. However, if you require an item urgently, please let us know and we will do our utmost to help.
