You can also add items from the Pick ’n’ Mix section to any other gifts that you purchase. They do not need to be purchased just as part of a Pick 'n' Mix gift box. Again, please leave a note detailing any instructions you may have.

On the page of the item you wish to order, under the drop down menu of 'PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH PICK 'N' MIX GIFT BOX THIS ITEM RELATES TO, EVEN IF ORDERING JUST ONE BOX' please select ‘NOT ORDERING AS PART OF A GIFT BOX’.
We will certainly do our best! If you make contact before placing an order, we will do our utmost to help and you can select a quicker postage option at checkout. For the personalised teddies/cuddlies there is a postage upgrade option available when adding these to your basket.
Just look out for the PERSONAL MESSAGE text box for our Letter Box Gifts/Gift Boxes. For our Pick ‘n’ Mix Gift Boxes and all other items, please add your message at the checkout using the NOTES FOR SELLER text box under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. The delivery timescales we show on our website are what Royal Mail expect to achieve, although this can sometimes take longer than planned, especially with the current Covid-19 situation, and this is outside of our control. However, if you have allowed sufficient time for your parcel to arrive, you should contact us by emailing info@millyandme.co.uk.
As clever as these computers are, some order confirmation emails can end up in your junk/spam folders, therefore please check there before contacting us. You can also add our email address info@millyandme.co.uk to your contacts and this should prevent it from happening with any future orders you place.
We can only provide a tracking number should you request a tracked postal service and this information will only be provided for the personalised bears and cuddlies if requested.
Absolutely! You can purchase gift certificates to be posted or sent by email (eGift Certificate) and these are available in various values (£10, £15, £20, £25 and £30). Please note that only one gift certificate can be redeemed against an order and if the value is not used in full, no credit/'change' will be given. Once the certificate code has been applied it can no longer be used and they cannot be redeemed at the same time as using a discount code.
