Can I order more than one gift and deliver to more than one address on the same order?

If you wish to order items to be dispatched to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for these. 

Can I add additional items from the Pick 'n' Gift Box category to a Letter Box Gift/Gift Box

No problem! Just select the items you would like and leave a note at the checkout using the NOTES FOR SELLER text box under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, stating which item(s) you would like to include and in which box.

Can I add any other items to the Personalised Teddies/Cuddlies?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.

Can I add any other items to the Pick 'n' Mix Gift Boxes?

Yes, of course. Just leave a note at the checkout using the NOTES FOR SELLER text box under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS stating which item(s) you would like to include and in which box number, if you are ordering more than one. You can also add items from the Pick ’n’ Mix section to any other gifts that you purchase. They do not need to be purchased just as part of a Pick 'n' Mix gift box. Again, please leave a note detailing any instructions you may have.

Can I buy just one or two items from the Pick 'n' Mix range instead of making up a full gift box?

No problem at all! As mentioned above, you can order any items from this range individually. On the page of the item you wish to order, under the drop down menu of 'PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH PICK 'N' MIX GIFT BOX THIS ITEM RELATES TO, EVEN IF ORDERING JUST ONE BOX' please select ‘NOT ORDERING AS PART OF A GIFT BOX’.

I need a gift urgently. Can you help?

We will certainly do our best! If you make contact before placing an order, we will do our utmost to help and you can select a quicker postage option at checkout. For the personalised teddies/cuddlies there is a postage upgrade option available when adding these to your basket.

How do I add a gift message to my order?

Just look out for the PERSONAL MESSAGE text box for our Letter Box Gifts/Gift Boxes. For our Pick ‘n’ Mix Gift Boxes and all other items, please add your message at the checkout using the NOTES FOR SELLER text box under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. If you are purchasing more than one product, please specify which item this relates to. Unfortunately, this service is not currently available when ordering personalised teddies/cuddlies.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

No need to panic (unless your goods have been dispatched!), you can either respond to your order confirmation, email info@millyandme.co.uk or contact us on 07776 186338 and we will amend the details.  

I live locally, can I collect my order?

No problem at all. You can collect at a mutually convenient time once your order has been prepared and we will contact you to arrange this.

How can I return an item that I don't want?

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

The delivery timescales we show on our website are what Royal Mail expect to achieve, although this can sometimes take longer than planned, especially with the current Covid-19 situation, and this is outside of our control. However, if you have allowed sufficient time for your parcel to arrive, you should contact us by emailing info@millyandme.co.uk.

Where is my order confirmation email?

As clever as these computers are, some order confirmation emails can end up in your junk/spam folders, therefore please check there before contacting us. You can also add our email address info@millyandme.co.uk to your contacts and this should prevent it from happening with any future orders you place.  

Do I have a tracking number?

We can only provide a tracking number should you request a tracked postal service and this information will only be provided for the personalised bears and cuddlies if requested. 

Can I buy gift certificates?

Absolutely! You can purchase gift certificates to be posted or sent by email (eGift Certificate) and these are available in various values (£10, £15, £20, £25 and £30). Please note that only one gift certificate can be redeemed against an order and if the value is not used in full, no credit/'change' will be given. Once the certificate code has been applied it can no longer be used and they cannot be redeemed at the same time as using a discount code.
